Brandsworth acts as preferred advisor to Roxburgh Milkins
During its short history, Brandsworth has been instructed by Bristol-based boutique M&A law firm, Roxburgh Milkins, on a number of intellectual property and commercial matters. For example, Roxburgh Milkins instructed Brandsworth in the production of the IP and Competition law aspects of the due diligence for Touchstone Asset Management in relation to Castle Estates’s lettings business franchise and Calbarrie’s PAT Electrical testing and safety business franchise.
Brandsworth launches new website
Brandsworth officially began on 21 July 2006, but was only really able to get underway from 11 August 2006, when Tim Marshall, Brandsworth's founder, left his position in the IP department of City giant, Herbert Smith LLP. In the 9 months since its inception Brandsworth has enjoyed a wide variety of instructions from a variety of sectors; from plc's and private companies to start-ups, and law firms.
